I get asked about my setup a lot.

Not in a formal way. More like a quiet aside at the end of a coaching call, or a message from someone who has just watched one of my videos. What camera do you use? How do you look so relaxed on screen? What platform do you actually run your business on?

So this week I made a video that answers all of it. Properly, honestly, without the usual "it depends" non-answer.

Being on stage, being watched, being assessed, that was just Tuesday. And then I became a coach, got in front of a camera for the first time, and completely fell apart. Which is exactly why I do what I do now.
