From Invisible to Visible: New Programme or Coaches

I spent around 20 years singing in clubs and bars, and plenty of those rooms were half empty. It never made me a star. What it did was make me comfortable in front of people, and the reason had nothing to do with talent. I did it again and again until it stopped feeling like a big deal.

That is the idea behind From Invisible to Visible: a six-week small group programme for coaches and experts who feel unseen on camera. Camera confidence is not a personality trait. It is a habit you build, with practice and honest feedback, in a small group where nobody gets lost.

Who it is for

Coaches, consultants and experts who know their stuff but feel awkward, stiff or invisible when the camera comes on, and who want to show up consistently and authentically on video so the right clients can find them.

How every session works

Six weekly live sessions of 90 minutes, on Wednesdays at 3pm UK time. Each one follows the same shape: a short piece of teaching, live practice on camera, then feedback from me and the group. Every session is recorded in case you miss one, and there is a WhatsApp group between sessions to keep momentum going.

The six weeks

Week 1, the inner game: deciding who you will be on camera and the tone you want to bring before you press record.
Week 2, your setup: background, lighting, microphone and camera position.
Week 3, what to say: shaping your message so you know where you are going.
Week 4, presence and delivery: how you come across, and how to keep it natural.
Week 5, keeping going: turning what you have learned into a habit you will actually stick to.
Week 6, turning videos into clients: a before and after comparison of your own videos, and a 90-day plan for what comes next.

The practical details

Doors are open now, and the first call is on 14 October 2026. There is a maximum of six people and a minimum of three. If we do not reach three, you get a full refund. The price is £495, with Klarna and Clearpay available. Doors close at midnight UK time on Monday 12 October, or sooner if all six places are booked.
