We all need confidence and self esteem!!
If you speak to groups as part of our job or business, whether that's running a training session, delivering a podcast or making a video for your blog, doing so with more confidence and self esteem will 1. make it easier for you to deliver the content, and 2. ensure that content is more enjoyable for your audience to listen to, and/or watch.
How do you build confidence and raise your self esteem?
Well, as someone who used to be very shy, stutter badly, and was bullied throughout my school years, it was a skill set I had to learn. In this video I share 10 ideas I know will make a difference and help build confidence and self esteem in your life, especially when that involves speaking.
How do I know? Because these are steps I took (and still take) myself in the speaking, training and coaching work I do.
