Day 3 of my '8 Days / 1 Week' video diary giving coaches, consultants and online entrepreneurs a behind the scenes look at how I run my business, what each day looks like, and does and doesn't go to plan.

I had planned to shoot this update before a meeting, but as you'll see I got stuck in traffic so had to pull off the road and find a quite place to record this in my car.

Tech wise; this update was made using a Samsung S8 using a 4g connection. The post went out live to my Facebook business page, @mikeblissettspeaker, and then a little while later also uploaded here to YouTube and my website blog feed.
