Day 2 of my '8 Days / 1 Week' video diary giving coaches, consultants and online entrepreneurs a behind the scenes look at how I run my business, what each day looks like, and does and doesn't go to plan.

Today is the beginning of a busy day, an 'in town' day where I spend the day in London, either at my office in the city, or at meetings with clients at theirs.

I also have a couple of meetings with people about future potential speaking and training business, so I'm looking forward to that.
