After such a traumatic and uncertain year, it’s never been more important to give yourself a moment to reflect and consider how this year - the whole year - has been, and then move forward toward 2021 with a smile on your face, focused and determined, ready to make the new year better than the one that came before.
That’s why this weeks video is not the usual ‘New Year, New You’ type exercise I’ve done before, but something altogether more mindful and reflective, especially after the year I think most of us have had...and don’t worry, it’s light and cheery - definitely NOT a doom and gloom zone!

So, this week’s video and exercise is designed to give your energy and positivity a bit of a boost, enabling you to leave 2020 on good terms, before welcoming in 2021 with renewed focus, determination, and a smile on your face ...even if Covid still has a few more months before it’s finally under control.
