New Year is a great time to reevaluate and check if you and your niche are still a good fit or whether it's time to segway into or add another to reflect who you are and the value you bring.

If this is you, I'd encourage you to define what kind of leadership and executive coach you are and then begin promoting it to your chosen companies.
Here in the UK, we're known as a nation of shopkeepers, meaning SMEs, new business start-ups and entrepreneurs are a vital and integral part of the economy. That's why Entrepreneurship and Startup coaches are not only needed, but they're in huge demand, too.
