The Integrated Approach to Weight Management & Optimum Health recognizes everyone is an individual with their own set of circumstances, experiences, objectives and resolve to succeed – in short; we are all in a different place, especially when we begin to take control.

 

One-To-One Hypnotherapy

Weekly one-to-one Hypnotherapy sessions for a month; the first lasting two hours, and thereafter one hour. During these appointments we’ll design a program that will motivate, inspire and create a more relevant, invigorating set of beliefs and vision of who you want to be now and in the future. Hypnotherapy is a relaxing, enjoyable, and completely alert therapy where you stay ‘in control’, awake and able to speak up at any time. Each week we will address and improve your understanding of: 

  • Weight Loss Motivation
  • Release from Emotional Eating
  • How to Enhance Your Metabolism
  • Enjoyable Exercise
  • Become Junk Food Free

Weekly Follow Ups

After the first four appointments you will be invited to attend optional weekly group Hypnotherapy sessions. These groups of no more than 10 people are a very important component on your journey to successful weight management & life long optimum health. Held at Harley Street on Wednesday evenings, they are inexpensive and a great way of giving yourself a weekly ‘booster’ with other like minded people.

 

All Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis appointments take place in Harley Street, London

 

Exercise Program

Exercise is imperative. Therefore, you will meet with a Personal Trainer who will design a program that’s fun and right for your lifestyle needs. Membership of your existing gym, or recommendation of a good local gym to The Practice (including substantial discounts) is encouraged.

 

Coach Support

Long term vision and total integration into a new more essential, healthier lifestyle in imperative. Combination one-to-one Personal Coaching in Harley Street, and over the telephone ensures these changes are long term.
