Bullying, the final
taboo
Bullying, is not the easiest of subjects to talk about, I know. Except this week I've
heard from so many people who are or have been a victim, or perpetrator of bullying.
I was bullied at school, so know first hand how debilitating being stripped of one's
dignity can be. For myself, through Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, I was able to move on from it's effects.
Clean Language
Clean language, saying exactly
what you mean is so important in all areas of life. How many times have you heard yourself telling someone, or even yourself in the
self-talk you use what you don't want to happen? 'I don't want to buy another pack of cigarettes', 'I don't want to be short of money at
the end of the month anymore', etc.
